At least, cats know what to do with it… us people on the other hand may be completely baffled by the adorable dance cats do with their derriere before pouncing on something. Did you know…. Dog Ears and Endorphins

Dog ears do a lot. They help a dog determine what is going on in their surroundings, they are useful for communicating with other dogs and people (body language), they help mark our pages in books, etc. They are pretty important appendages! What you might not know is that when they are rubbed a certain way, the nerves in their ears can actually release endorphin that can essentially send your dog to la-la land!


Tip 3 Stop Your Dog From Barking

Another great suggestion to stop your dog from barking is to add in a distraction to startle them into stopping. Usually this can be done using a loud noise (clapping, or a can filled with something noisy like pennies works well). Once the barking stops, repeat the above steps.
